Shipping policy

All orders $75.00+ Before Tax will be eligible for free shipping.  (Please Note: This Promo is only available to U.S. customers).  Once your order is placed, we will fulfill the order within 1-2 business days.

Orders for delivery within the 50 states will be provided by either USPS or UPS, depending on the customer's selection. Other shipping methods can be provided if customer's address is a P.O. Box number. In stock item(s) are processed and shipped within 48 working hours of the time we received the order, unless specified otherwise, such as pre-order items or mixed orders in which it contains pre-order item(s). Pre-order item(s) will be shipped out within 48 working hours from the time they arrive into our warehouse. Circumstances may arise that will delay the shipping process. Should the customer wish to receive in stock items first, we recommend our customers to place separate orders for in stock and pre-order items. ETTV.com reserves the right to refuse service to customers at our discretion. ETTV.com is not responsible for any customs, duties, brokerage fees and taxes.
